Shaila is Light Scar’s god of creation, consciousness, and order. They are believed to appear in the material world in the form of humanoid plants or strange animals with multiple heads. Shaila’s symbol is a tree on a small planetoid for their role in creating the world.

Lore
Shaila is a god that originates from the Core God. Being responsible for creating the physical world of Light Scar, they are seen as the most important of the gods. Despite the gods being genderless, most refer to Shaila as a woman and the “Mother-god” of Light Scar. Shaila is thought to have an “infinite compassion and wisdom” because of their first instinct to create the world.
Followers of Shaila often show worship by adopting a druidic way of life or the construction of works in their image. Druids discard the advanced commodities of the modern world in favor of a connection with nature. Those within society create art in the image of Shaila or preach unity between the natural world and mankind. Strong alignment with Shaila allows worshippers to obtain magic in the form of elemental control and healing.
In the early stages of Mankind’s development, Shaila would realize the world needed a counter to Tulu’s corrupted influence. In collaboration with the other gods, nature itself would be granted a heightened level of consciousness to communicate with the gods and manage the material world. It now acts as a pseudo-god, having a piece of Shaila’s essence invested into it.
